Do you offer refunds?

We want to make sure that all of our customers are happy with their purchases. Unfortunately, since all of our products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns for buyer's remorse. However, if you receive the wrong item or a damaged item, we will happily provide you with a refund. Thank you for understanding!

Received a damaged wrong or damaged item?

If you happen to receive any items that are misprinted, damaged, or defective, please don't hesitate to reach out to us within 30 days of receiving the package. You can simply send us an email at [insert your support email here] with photos of the wrong or damaged items, and we'll take care of it from there. We'll either send you a replacement item or process a refund for you. 

Can I exchange an item for a different size/colour?

We want you to be happy with your purchase, so we've got you covered if you receive an item that doesn't fit or is mislabeled! If you need help with sizing, be sure to check out our handy sizing charts located in the product description section. Unfortunately, we don't offer exchanges, but if you receive a mislabeled item, don't panic! Just reach out to us within a week of receiving your order by sending an email to customersupport@wildtails.co.uk or chatting with our support team. Please include your order number and a photo of the mislabeled item and we'll be happy to send you a new one or issue a refund.

What to do if you given the wrong address? 

1. Contact Us Immediately: - If you realize the address you provided is incorrect, get in touch with us as soon as possible. Reach out to our support team at customersupport@wildtails.co.uk with your order details and the correct shipping address.

2. Address Changes Before Shipping: - We'll do our best to update the shipping details if your order hasn't been processed or shipped yet. Quick action increases the likelihood of us being able to make the necessary changes.

3. Shipped to Wrong Address: - If your order has already been shipped to the wrong address due to an error on your part, we advise reaching out to the carrier directly to try and reroute the package.

4. Address Responsibility: - It's important to double-check the shipping address you provide during checkout. WildTails cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to the address provided by the customer.

5. Receiving a Returned Package: - In the event that your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can resend the package, but additional shipping charges may apply.
